Favorite song

My favorite songs are from the broadway musical Hamilton, all of the songs in Hamiltonare informational and very upbeat and even if you are listening to the songs in the playlist that aren’t upbeat you just want to sway to the music. I couldn’t even think of chosing a favorite Hamilton song but there is one  that Id like to share and I have a lot of other favorite Hamilton songs but I am chosing the ones I am telling you about because they are really great songs. The first song I want to share is “Burn” and this is a good one, Eliza Hamilton sings “Burn” because Alexander cheated on her and she feels like the whole world is burning around her. She sings about how he betrayed her and how she saved every single letter he wrote her when they were apart and how that they don’t mean anything to her anymore because he cheated on her while she was visiting her father. Eliza was agrivated with how he told everyone what happened and so she set the letters on fire, she sang about how she felt when she received the letters from Alexander and how he would write her letters and make her feel defenseless. This song is really sad because you can understand what Eliza is going through and how terrible this is for her just by hearing the sound of her voice and how sad she is you start to develop hatred for Alexander and Maria Reynolds (the woman he used to cheat on Eliza with.)
